1. Strictly follow the standards of API, ANSI. in the product design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance. Have the sealing face hardness up to the nation set-forth requirement and the width over the national standard. 

2. Before-sale service: product introduction, technical exchange, non-standard product design, problem explanation. 


3.In-sale service 


1). Honoring contracts, ensuring on-time delivery, keeping contact with users at any time. 

2). For special or complicated [products, arrange persons to provide the users with training and guidance at the product use, troubleshoot, adjustment and repair. 


4. Post-sale service 


1). Offer a warranty for 18 months from the date of ex-works, with return, replacement and repair available. 

2). During the use of products, carry out a periodic organization of the personnel in charge of the technique, quality inspection and service to visit the users to get the feedback on the quality, conditions of use, comments on improvement etc. so as to further enhance the quality. 

3). Give a quick response to any claim on the quality and send the serviceman to the site within 24-36h (48H outside of the province). 

4). Ask the users to fill in the inquiry form for the feedback of product and service quality and make appraisal on it so as to enhance the said quality.
